Just
shy of full bodied this coffee has all the classic characteristics of a typical
coffee from Indonesia
only much more subtle and well rounded. It
is clean with bright acidity and a distinct earthiness with very low tones of
orange blossom and caramel.
INTERESTING NOTE:
Most
other Indonesian coffees are naturally processed but java coffees are washed
which makes them cleaner, more balanced, and the flavors are much more subdued.
They still however have the typical Indonesian
body and earthiness.
