is our medium roasted house blend. It is
simple yet sweet and balanced with hints of cedar & milk chocolate. It is a solid coffee with a low toned yet
pronounced acidity, a pleasant viscous mouthfeel, and a long sweet aftertaste.

strong a character but rather to have a balance that most people will enjoy.
