Friends Falcon Blend is a special blend made just for Friends University.  While slightly roasty it is simple yet sweet and balanced with hints of cedar, semi-sweet chocolate and raisiny fruit. The flavors are quite deep, the acidity pronounced and the aftertaste rich with pronounced milk chocolate notes.
