This is our Medium-Dark roasted house blend.  While slightly roasty it is simple yet sweet and balanced with hints of cedar, semi-sweet chocolate and raisiny fruit.  The flavors are quite deep, the acidity pronounced and the aftertaste rich with pronounced milk chocolate notes.

INTERESTING NOTE:

The purpose of a house blend is to appeal to the masses purse.  The idea is not to be too complex or have too strong a character but rather to have a balance that most people will enjoy.

Baa Baa Black Sheep was specifically crafted to do just that.  While darker than Bent Wing Blend it is a solid coffee with sophisticated flavor yet is simple.
